Neighborhoods at Summit Park
Located on the former airport’s runway, Neighborhoods at Summit Park is an exciting new mixed-use development in Blue Ash. The 108-acre project is a multi-faceted development that will include both residential living and office space, in addition to retail and restaurants.
With a focus on connectivity, Neighborhoods at Summit Park will also provide residents with a high-quality sense of place. With its close proximity to Summit Park and Blue Ash’s other hubs, the community will be able to enjoy year-round festivals and entertainment options.
Residents will also be able to enjoy a variety of amenities, including world-class playgrounds, pergolas, and an observation tower. Additionally, a dog park and community room rentals will be available for rent.
Observation tower
Located in Blue Ash, Ohio, the Observation tower at Summit Park is a free attraction that offers a different view of the surrounding area. The tower’s nine-story observation deck is the equivalent of the 27th floor of the Great American Tower in downtown Cincinnati.
The tower’s 125-foot-long Observation Deck is accessible via an elevator. The tower is named for its size, and it’s made of clear and blue glass. This glass structure is flanked by pavilions that provide community use.
There is a lot to like about the Observation tower at Summit Park. It’s a free attraction that is open from noon to nine PM Monday through Thursday, and noon to nine PM on Friday and Saturday.
Three-acre Great Lawn
Located in Blue Ash, Ohio, Summit Park is 130 acres of world-class parkland that serves both residents and visitors alike. The park is currently under construction and has a number of amenities on the way. These include a large covered glass structure, which acts as a gateway to the Great Lawn. The park is also home to an interactive fountain and rain-harvesting lake.

Pergolas
Located in Blue Ash, Ohio, Summit Park is a 130 acre regional park which includes a few of the fancy-pants features you’d expect in the Greater Cincinnati area. The park includes a quarter mile walking path, a couple of lakes, a pond, an award-winning children’s playground, and a nifty 12-15-story observation tower.
Aside from its award-winning golf course and quaint downtown, the city is also home to a storied airport. In order to make the most of its reclaimed land, Blue Ash decided to go all out and create a massive multi-use recreational area. Aside from the parks and the golf course, the city is also getting into the residential and commercial building game. Its first 290-unit residential building, The Approach, is close to completion.
Free yoga, crossfit and Zumba classes
Located in Blue Ash, Summit Park is a 130 acre park with plenty to see and do. The park hosts a variety of annual events, including a Farmer’s Market, an ice skating rink and a handful of recreational activities. The Blue Ash Farmers’ Market is held every Wednesday from May 23 through September 26.
The Observation Tower at Summit Park is a free attraction. It is 153 feet high and offers impressive views of the city. There are also numerous free fitness classes, including CrossFit, Zumba and yoga.
The Blue Ash Summer Concert Series is a free outdoor concert series featuring live entertainment, local cuisine, drinks and a little bit of learning. The Blue Ash Winter Festival is also held at Summit Park.
Independence Day celebration
During the 4th of July holiday weekend, there are plenty of events, concerts, and fireworks displays to enjoy in the Tri-State area. Some of the events you’ll want to check out include the Red, White, & Blue Ash celebration, a concert in Monroe, and the Fourth of July celebration at Washington Park in Over-the-Rhine.
The city of Blue Ash will be holding their annual Red, White, & Blue Ash July 4th celebration on Tuesday, July 4. It’s a free event that features live music, food vendors, carnival rides, and a fireworks show.
The festival starts at 4 PM and runs until 10 PM. The main stage at Summit Park will be closed for the event, but the playground will be open. Browse next article.
